We are based at Harrow Leisure Centre in Middlesex and have something for everyone. Whether you are new to squash or a veteran of the game, we have you covered.
Social Squash at Harrow – Fun, Friendly and Inclusive
Our flagship activity each week at Harrow is Social Squash – a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, make friends, improve your game, and enjoy squash in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We currently run four Social Squash sessions each week:
Tuesday: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Thursday: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Saturday: 4:30pm – 6:45pm
Sunday: 9:45am – 12:00pm
Our Sunday session is particularly popular with newer and less experienced players, providing a relaxed and supportive atmosphere in which to develop confidence and enjoy the game.
In addition, every Wednesday we host our Play Her Way ladies-only beginner session. This welcoming programme is designed specifically for women who are new to squash, with a qualified coach in attendance. All equipment is provided, and sessions combine coaching, fun games, and social interaction to create an enjoyable introduction to the sport.
Whether you're an experienced player looking for regular games or a complete beginner wanting to try something new, there's a place for you at Harrow Squash.
