GENERAL

  • All players must wear clean, non-marking indoor shoes when on court. Court shoes should be carried to and from the courts rather than worn outside.

  • All players must behave respectfully towards other players and other users of the facilities.

  • Harrow Squash Club recommends wearing protective eyewear in line with England Squash guidance, particularly when playing doubles. Protective eyewear is mandatory for junior squash.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We understand that plans sometimes change and will always try to accommodate booking changes where possible.

Booking switches

  • Bookings may be switched to another available session free of charge.

  • At least 4 hours' notice is required for afternoon and evening sessions.

  • For morning sessions, switch requests must be received by 8pm the previous evening.

Cancellations

  • Requests received after the applicable deadline will not be eligible for a switch or refund.

  • All switch and cancellation requests must be sent to Tony Morrison by SMS or WhatsApp on 0777 959 7775.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

Harrow Squash Club may take photographs and video recordings during club sessions, coaching, competitions, events and other club activities. These may be used to promote and celebrate the club and its activities, including on our website, social media channels and in other promotional or publicity material.

We will not publish a participant's full name or other personal identifying information alongside an image or video without their permission or, where appropriate, the permission of their parent or guardian.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, or do not wish images or video of you or your child to be published, please let us know. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you or your child are excluded from photographs and recordings used by the club.
