Social Squash is our flagship activity, running 3–4 sessions every week. It’s the perfect way to meet new people, make friends, and enjoy an exciting sport. Alongside the fun, you’ll experience a wide range of health benefits—burn calories, build stamina, and boost your psychological well-being.
Our sessions welcome players of all abilities. Whether you’re picking up a racket for the very first time and looking for a fun way to stay active, or you’re a seasoned player eager for fast-paced, competitive games, you’ll find the right level of squash in a friendly, supportive environment.

Please wear: suitable loose clothing, non-marking shoes, and bring a squash racket.

Player Matching & Court Rotation
We make sure everyone gets plenty of court time. During each session, players are grouped by ability and rotated through fun, fast-paced matches.
